2026 Spring Conference - full weekend event

Hello and welcome to Salt Lake City, Utah, home of the Promontory Chapter, NRHS. We’re celebrating our 60th anniversary! It is our honor to host the weekend and hope that you have a great visit. 

A fee of $250.00 per person covers the entire weekend:

On Thursday, May 28, check in at the Cheyenne room from 4:00 pm through 9:00 pm.

On Friday, May 29, we will board deluxe motor coaches for a short trip to visit the Odgen City train museum to view the train engines and the chapter’s present restoration of Rio Grande switcher 133. The next stop is the Heber Valley Railroad. A box lunch is provided. We are riding the Heber Valley to the end of the line and returning to the station. From there we will return to the hotel. Dinner is on your own.

On Saturday, May 30 we’ll hold the NRHS Advisory Council and Board of Directors meetings, scheduled at the Arizona room from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There will be a break for lunch, on your own. We finish the conference with a banquet at the Idaho room at 6:00 pm.

The NRHS Spring conference will be held at the Little America Hotel, 500 South Main Street. The NRHS group rate is $139.00 per night, plus taxes.
